Hey Guys,
I am so excited to tell you all about today. Today my mother, John, Lynda, Donna and I went to see Christine about our tickets, and it's all done. I will officially leaving this beautiful country of New Zealand to go on to my big adventure on the 30th of July. I will be flying into LA then Dallas and then John has so very generously said he will drive me to Lubbock, which is 6 hours away. This has taken away a lot of the fears that I had about traveling over there and my mother has just revealed a lot of her fears too. I guess she has been putting on a brave face for me, which is also sweet. Not related at all to the subject, this evening I had the pleasure of meeting a group of Harding students that are going on a mission trip to Fiji with my mother and Paul from DC (the west church). In fact two are staying with us this week which has resulted in me sleeping on a thin mattress on the floor in the spare room, but I am happy to do it. Speaking of sleeping, I had better nod off so I can be awake/pleasant in the morning. I will just leave you with this thought, quite simply God is good and has a plan for all of us. On that note, with absolutely no explanation,
Good night and God Bless
Jenna

Hey Guys,
I have heard a lot recently that your dream is very strong if you loose sleep over it, well tonight is my first night so my dream must be really strong. So last week I went to the lovely Chistine and she was very helpful in helping look at getting tickets,. Can you believe how quickly time is passing? I'm looking at going in July, it's very very son. I am thinking of going with Donna and her dad John, not her brother John. As far as I can tell, they want to go just after the big young camp in Tauranga. I woke up tonight in a complete panic this evening (just before 2am, if you can't tell), worried about how I might come up with enough support and my friend Tanya, who is also going to AIM, is very fortunately for me still awake. She has sort of calmed me down, her and a man called Skip Ross. She said to me, God can do amazing things and to just keep praying. And when you stop even for a second to ponder on that, she is completely right, God can do absolutely ANYTHIN, for those Veggietales fan "God is bigger than the Boogie Man, he's bigger than Godzilla and the monster's on tv.... and he's watchin g out for you and me." Skip Ross also made a good point (not specifically to me, I heard it on a CD) he said a lot of people suffer from P.L.O.M, Poor Little Old Me and tonight I caught myself doing that very thing. I have been doing a lot of learning about my self talk recently, what you tell yourself in your mind, for example, I had a driving lessonst week and I was on a country road and you all know how windy these New Zealand roads are. So what I eventually caught myself saying in my mind EVERYTIME we came up to a corner was "We're all going to die!" (I can be incredibly dramatic sometimes) and while I was thinking this, my face would strunch up and then once I realized I would relax my face. So after one very long lesson, my face was exhausted as well as my emotions. I'm not even that bad a driver! So what you say to yourself is very important, becuase you really listen to you even if what you are saying has no basis whatsoever .Iam
